1. General Information

FLAIR PICKS LTD ("Flair Picks", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website https://flairpicks.co.uk.

We reserve the right to update or modify product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

We aim to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and device resolution. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual item.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and correct email address.

The confirmation email serves as proof of purchase. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us promptly.

For UK customers, the total price displayed at checkout is the final amount payable, including applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is identified after purchase, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at checkout. Any re-delivery charges due to incorrect information may be passed on to the customer.

For pre-orders, estimated restock dates are indicative only and subject to change.

6. Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be in resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned goods.

We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount if returned goods show signs of use or damage beyond normal inspection.
