Orders placed before 02:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 02:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.

Delivery time includes processing time + shipping transit time.

Standard Shipping (£3.99)

  • Processing: 0–1 business day

  • Transit: 2–4 business days

Express Shipping (£5.99)

  • Processing: 0–1 business day

  • Transit: 1–3 business days

Yes, FlairPicks accepts returns in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.

7. Return Window (How Long Customers Have to Return Items)

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

8. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Item must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Items must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
